No, we do not coach children directly. Instead, we focus on coaching parents and caregivers. By working with parents, we empower them to make informed decisions and create healthy habits that benefit the whole family. Our goal is to equip parents with the knowledge and tools they need to guide their children in making positive choices regarding their health and well-being. When parents are supported, children thrive!

Practice Better is the HIPAA compliant (EMR) Electronic Medical Record we use for our health coaching services. It's a secure online system that centralizes all aspects of our work together, including communication, appointments, billing, resources, and tele-health video sessions. Once you sign up with us, you'll receive an email to set up your account in Practice Better.

- Set up your account:
